On 11th February 2011, he released the music video Yonkers which gained attention from several online media outlets. He also won Best New Artist for Yonkers at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards.

The same year, he and Odd Future were signed to Red Distribution/Sony. He released his debut album titled Goblin on 10th May 2011 with hit singles like Yonkers and She. The album received positive reviews from critics and peaked at no.5 on the US Billboard 200.

His second album Wolf was released on 2nd April 2013 by Odd Future Records and RED Distribution under Sony Music Entertainment.
