He moved to Chicago in 2005 and after completing his education, he joined Stir Friday Night. After a few years of work over there, he moved to LA in 2009 to start his professional career in the Hollywood industry.

Just after a year of their movie debut, he made his first TV series appearance in The Big Bang Theory in its third season as Sebastian alongside the major casts Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, and Simon Helberg.

His career got a big breakthrough in 2010 after being the cast of American post-apocalyptic horror television series, The Walking Dead where he shared the screen with Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden.

Steven Yeun was born on  December 21, 1983, in Seoul, South Korea as Yeun Sang-yeop to Je and June Yeun. Steven and his brother Brian Yeun grew up in Troy, Michigan.

Regarding education, he completed his bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2005 from Kalamazoo College.
