Kurt Cobain Death
On 1st March 1994, following a tour stop at Terminal Eins in Munich, Germany, Cobain was diagnosed with bronchitis and severe laryngitis. The next day, he flew to Rome for medical treatment and was joined by his wife Courtney on 3rd March 1994.
The following day, Love woke up to find Kurt overdosed on a combination of champagne and Rohypnol. He was later released from the hospital after five days and returned to Seattle. Love later revealed that it was Kurt’s first suicide attempt.

On 8th April 1994, Cobain’s body was discovered at his Lake Washington Boulevard home by electrician Gary Smith. The electrician believed that Kurt was asleep until he saw the shotgun pointing at his chin and a minor amount of blood coming out of his ear.
As per reports, Kurt was high on heroin when he pulled the trigger. It was reported that 1.52 milligrams per liter morphine and evidence of valium were in his blood.

On 10th April 1994, a public memorial service was held at Seattle Center. His body was cremated, and his ashes were divided into several portions, including some in a teddy bear, some in an urn, some made into memorial sculptures, and some scattered into McLane Creek in Olympia, Washington.
