In 2003, she guest-starred as the villain Madame Argentina in Powerpuff Girls. The same year, she also had a regular role of Granny on Baby Looney Tunes and Witch in Duck Dodgers.
She reprised her role as Granny in The Looney Tunes Show in 2011. The show eventually became her last regular gig.
The following year, she received her first Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program for Mrs. Cauldron on The Garfield Show.
Moreover, in 2013, June was honored with the Governors Award at the 65th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards.

Foray passed away at the age of 99 on 26th July 2017 from cardiac arrest. She was two months away from her 100th birthday.
