In 2009, Bowie landed the role of Barry Kripke in the CBS sitcom, The Big Bang Theory, joining Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, and Kunal Nayyar. Kripke was first introduced in the show’s second season and went on to become a recurring character throughout the rest of the twelve seasons.
