Actress JoBeth Williams and director John Pasquin owned a Bel Air Estate for more than 20 years. Now the multi-million dollar mansion is up for sale in the market.
The 1950s enviable estate is asking an eye-catching price of $30 million; $29.995 million to be exact. The prestigious Los Angeles Villa long owned by power duo Williams and Pasquin hit the market on 1 February 2020 through Kurt Rapport of Westside Estate Agency.

According to tabloids, Williams and Pasquin bought the property for around $6 million back in 1997. After adjusting inflation, the property cost them over $9 million in 2020.
The posh land is one of the largest and romantic falt lots adjoining the Bel-Air Country Club. The estate features impressive 2.5 acres boasting a Mediterranean style main house span in 7,473 square feet.
The villa was originally designed back in the 1950s by renowned Hollywood society architect Gerard Colcord. The lavish mansion boasts seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, separate office room, guest house, and staff quarters.
