In 1984, he was cast as Stringfellow Hawke in the American action military drama television series Airwolf. He starred in the series from 1984 to 1986 alongside Ernest Borgnine, Alex Cord, Jean Bruce Scott, and Barry Van Dyke.

In 1991, he appeared as Colonel Johnson in Hangfire and Lt. Bruce Ellis in Raw Nerve. In 1997, he appeared as Bobby Chase in the episode Revelations of Nash bridges alongside Don Johnson, Cheech Marin, and James Gammon.

Vincent’s last role was Ron Masters in the 2003 film White Boy.
