Outdoors, the mansion has an 800-foot “entertainer’s pavilion” complete with a kitchen, fireplace, dining room with an entertainment system. The mansion also has two lagoon-style swimming pools with a grotto and a waterfall.

Despite being the equivalent to paradise itself, Richards tried for years to put the mansion up for sale but was hard-pressed to find a buyer. She initially listed the mansion in June 2015 at $7.749 million, but no one wanted to pay the price.

Charlie Sheen was a notorious philanderer, and amidst allegations of domestic violence, Denise filed for divorce from Sheen while still pregnant with Lola. Their divorce was finalized on November 30, 2006.

When she was a single mom to Sheen’s two daughters, Denise adopted a newborn girl named Eloise Joni Richards in June 2011.
