David’s career in Scientology came up after he left high school & joined Sea Org, a Scientologist religious order.
Thereafter, Miscavige worked under the Church of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard & later established the Religious Technology Center in 1982. Eventually, he would become the leader of the Church of Scientology.

Thereafter, the Pennsylvania-born worked under Hubbard as a cameraman for Scientology training films, in La Quinta, California, before he was appointed to Commodore’s Messenger Organization (CMO)- became its head in 1979.

- Allegations of illegal & unethical practices by Miscavige & Scientology by a pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly in 1991, which David stated a vengeance after their comments on their product Prozac. The church filed a lawsuit against Eli Lilly & its parent company The WPP Group which settled for an undisclosed amount.
- In 2009, in the series named The Truth Rundown published by St. Petersburg Times, many former high-ranking executives of Scientology alleged David of physical harassment to his church staff. It was no different than Hubbard’s ex-wife Robert Vaughn Young’s claims on David’s character, during the 1995 interview for ITV.
However, many church representatives state those allegations as a hook to acquire money from church or due to bitterness for fragmentation of their desire.

David Miscavige was born on April 30, 1960, in Bristol, Pennsylvania, the USA to Ron and Loretta Miscavige. He grew up in a Roman Catholic Polish-Italian family alongside elder brother Ronald Miscavige Jr. and twin sisters: Denise & Licciardi.
After joining the Church of Scientology, David’s family moved to Saint Hill Manor, England in 1971.
His brother Ronald once served as an executive in the Sea Org, before leaving in 2000. Moreover, Miscavige’s niece Jenna Miscavige Hill formerly worked for Sea Org.
As for a fact, his father & Scientologist Ron left the Church in 2012.
