As a child, Casone lived in Sweden after which she moved to Dallas, Texas, and then to Phoenix, Arizona.

Talking about her education, she did her schooling from Thunderbird High School in Phoenix, in 1988 after which she attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. There, she graduated with a B.S. in 1992, with a major in Public Relations.
