They put the house up for sale for a whopping $6.995 million. The 11,000-square-foot Mediterranean estate has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a gym, and an office space. In addition, there is a separate building for entertaining guests as well as a separate servants’ quarters.
The main entrance opens to a sprawling staircase with detailed handrails with marbled flooring. The house comes complete with a large swimming pool, a three-vehicle garage, and an expansive backyard that leads to a dense forest.

Born as Annette Francine Bening, Annette Bening was born on May 29, 1958, the youngest daughter of four born to sales training consultant and insurance salesman, Arnett Grant Bening, and his church singer/soloist wife, Shirley Katherine Ashley.
Born in Topeka, Kansas, Annette spent her childhood in Wichita, Kansas, and San Diego, California with her three siblings: older sister Jane; and two older brothers, Bradley Bening, and Byron Bening.
Annette attended Patrick Henry High School and engrossed herself in theatre, playing the lead in the play, The Sound of Music.

Upon her graduation in 1975, Annette enrolled in the San Diego Mesa College before attending the San Francisco State University, where she got her Bachelor in Arts – Theatre Arts degree.
