Amanda Bynes is the former child star known for her performance in Hairspray, and She’s The Man.
Recently, Bynes took over Instagram after she posted a video airing out the details of what she mentioned as the controversial conservatorship.
She stated that her mother, Lynn, her conservator, took control over her love affairs and finances also.

The 33 years old posted an Instagram video on 21 February 2020 discussing and fighting over Amanda’s therapy bills.
She said: “Hey, y’all. I wanted to thank you guys so much for your support. The fact that you’ve been rooting for me for years means more than you know. ‘Today I wanna talk about a controversial topic: my conservatorship case. I have been going to a treatment center that charges $5,200 a month.”

She further added: “There is no reason why I shouldn’t go to a therapist who takes my insurance for $5,000 less a month. This is why I’ve asked to see the judge next week regarding this conservatorship issue.”
Additionally, she thanked her followers and mentioned: ‘Thank you guys so much for hearing me out. I’m sorry that this is what I’m dealing with, and I’m sorry to put my problems onto the internet, but this is what life has come to. So thank you guys so much for always supporting me. Love you all. Her mother was granted the conservatorship of her estate, and actress valued over $5 million in 2014. It all started after she underwent legal and personal problems, which led her to take drugs. Moreover, she was in mental health rehab facilities.
According to The Blast, the conservatorship will last till August 2020 after lengthening the time period in 2018.
As a matter of fact, her legal problems date back from 2012. She was found driving under the influence, smoking marijuana in her New York lobby. After smoking, she threw out the bong from the window of the 36th floor.
A verified source, E! News, disclosed that Amanda Bynes is not doing drugs anymore. She is living a sober life.
Earlier the week, around Valentine’s Day, Bynes revealed the news of her engagement and introduced her fiance, Paul Michael, through Instagram.
The aforementioned site told: “Amanda’s parents are fully aware of her engagement and at this point are not approving Amanda to get married under the conservatorship legally.”
The couple met each other in rehab and dated for three months before Paul proposed Amanda with an engagement ring (worth $49 as per Amazon).

On 20 February 2020, she apologized for something that she did years ago. She made an apology to everyone whom she called ugly on Twitter. She said that she was drugged out when she did so.
She added, ‘Now I have remained sober for over a year, same with Paul, and I just want to let you know that I love you guys, and I’m so happy now.’
Last but not least, she revealed that she wants to see the judge next week’ over a dispute regarding her medical treatments and therapy bills.
